Hey There, I am Sofia Carter. If an HP Printer Is In An Error State, go to the search bar. Type "services.msc" into the "Run" box. Check that the spooler option is "running" by swiping down the window and looking for it. To ensure that the spooler services are configured in "Automatic mode," double-click it after that. Select "Automatic" if the settings for the services are manual & press "Apply". When you reach the "Recovery" screen, choose "Restart the Service" under the "First failure" option. In order to save changes, click the "Apply" button now.
